Our actions with respect to colleagues, business partners, shareholders and the public are characterised by integrity and responsibility. G+D and Veridos do not tolerate breaches of current legislation, internal regulations or the code of conduct.

This whistleblowing system provides an option for reporting concrete information about violations relevant to compliance. Your information helps us to counteract violations at an early stage and to reduce damage to our company, our employees and our business partners.

This option to submit information is available to all employees as well as third parties (customers, suppliers etc.).

The system is intended for the submission of information about crimes and severe violations in the following categories:

  • Corruption
  • Fraud/ breach of trust/ embezzlement
  • Violations of data privacy legislation
  • Antitrust/ unfair competition
  • Violations of security or IT security regulations
  • Taxes and customs
  • Environmental, Health and Safety Regulations
  • Human rights
  • Other severe violations

It is your decision which business sector oft the G+D Group receives your report: G+D Corporate Center, G+D Currency Technology, G+D Mobile Security (TCD Business), G+D ePayments, G+D advance52, G+D Group Services or Veridos.

The system is provided and administered by the independent company EQS Group GmbH. Data is stored exclusively in Germany on specially protected servers operated by EQS Group GmbH. The examination of the content is performed exclusively by G+D or Veridos respectively.

The information you provide will be handled in strict confidentiality and shared with the parties responsible for further examination of the report. We would like to encourage you to supply your name.

The information you report can lead to the initiation of internal investigations as well as investigations by public authorities and other consequences. For this reason, only share information that is true to the best of your knowledge. If you consciously provide false or misleading information, you must expect consequences. Consciously disseminating false information is a criminal violation in many countries. Reports made according to your best knowledge will not result in any negative consequences by the company.

Please note: The whistleblowing system is not an emergency service, nor a complaints office about unfair treatment. G+D and Veridos explicitly refuse to accept reports about trivial matters and deliberate false accusations.
