Acting with integrity and responsibility is an indispensable and fundamental part of our corporate culture. When it comes to achieving our business goals, it is not only important to us THAT we achieve them, but also HOW we achieve them. We act honestly, fairly and transparently.

With our whistleblower portal, we want to resolve and prevent misconduct and breaches of the law. This also applies in particular to reports regarding human rights or environmental risks and legal violations along our global value chain. This includes the actions of our employees in the Group companies' own business areas as well as those of our suppliers and business partners. Misconduct and violations of conduct requirements can have serious consequences not only for the individual personally, but for the entire company. We therefore encourage you to report any perceived misconduct.

This is also the right place to report violations of bank-specific regulations at A1 Bank AG.

We protect all our whistleblowers - even beyond the requirements of the respective national whistleblower protection law.

Why should I submit a report?: Why should I submit a report?
Don't look the other way if you notice misconduct in the company or the value chain. Information from honest whistleblowers is one of the most effective ways of investigating misconduct in companies.

You may be aware of behavior or risks that could harm our company, other people or the environment and therefore our integrity. By reporting misconduct, you help to identify it at an early stage and thus ensure the long-term success of the company!

Each individual is responsible for preventing damage to our company and all those who are involved in our value chain.

You can report any violation or suspicion of a violation of legal regulations and internal guidelines. When you enter the system using the "Submit report" button, you will be shown a selection of report topics.

How does A1 Telekom process my report?: How does A1 Telekom process my report?

After receiving your report, you will promptly receive a confirmation of receipt. The Compliance Department will check whether an investigation is necessary. An investigation can be carried out by internal or external specialists. If departments other than the Compliance Department are responsible for the problem you have reported - even if it falls into one of the whistleblowing categories - your report will be forwarded to the relevant department.

Persons suspected of a compliance violation may be given the opportunity to comment on the circumstances described in your report. If you have provided your name but do not want the persons involved in a suspected compliance violation to know it, please let us know in your report.

The information you report may be shared with government authorities.

If necessary, we will contact you via your secure mailbox or the contact details provided, and we will inform you of the closure of the case. For data privacy and other legal reasons, the company cannot provide you with details of the results of the investigation or any measures taken.

If you would like to send a personalized or anonymous report, click on the "Submit report" button at the top left of our introductory page.

The reporting process consist of 4 steps:

First, you will be asked to read an explanatory text to protect your anonymity and to answer a security question.

The following page will ask you about the focus of your report.

On the report page, you formulate your report in your own words and answer questions about the case using a simple selection of answers. You have 5,000 characters available for the free text, which corresponds to a full DIN A4 sheet. You can also include a file of up to 5 MB to support your report. Please remember that documents may contain information about the author. After submitting your report, you will receive a reference number as proof that you have sent this report.

Afterwards, please set up your own protected mailbox. We will use this to send you feedback, answer questions and keep you informed about the progress of your report.

If you already have a protected mailbox, you can access this mailbox directly via the "Login" button. Here too, you must first confirm the security prompt.

As long as you do not enter any data that could be used to identify you, the tell.me whistleblower portal technically protects your anonymity.

We assure you that we are only interested in the case you have reported. The aim is to uncover deficiencies and prevent damage.

How do I get Feedback and still remain anonymous?: How do I get Feedback and still remain anonymous?
The overriding principle of the procedure used here is the protection of the whistleblower. The functionality of the anonymity protection is certified and can be checked by you at any time.

When setting up your protected mailbox, you choose your own pseudonym/user name and password. Your report is kept anonymous by encryption and other special security routines. You will not be asked for personal details at any time during the reporting process. Do not enter any data that could be used to identify you.

Via the protected mailbox, a processor will give you feedback on what is happening with your report or ask questions if details are still unclear - you will remain anonymous during the dialog. We are only interested in your reports in order to prevent damage.

Retaliation against a person who, to the best of their knowledge, has reported a compliance violation is strictly prohibited. If you have any indication that you are being retaliated against, please report this directly to Compliance or submit a report via tell.me so that we can respond accordingly.
